Helpful Information
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMISED ON THE PAINTINGS?
You can request what text you want added, and even what colours you would like used. If you want the painting to fit in a certain sized frame (as long as the opening is no larger than A4), that is also possible.
In each listing, there is a photo showing your choice of either hand drawn or die cut fonts.
In your Shopping Cart, simply put all your requirements in the Customisation requests section, before you go to Checkout.
Additional numbers/words to those shown in each listing will increase the price of the painting from £12 to £15. In order to purchase this option, please add an Additional Lettering package to your Shopping Cart.
HOW BIG ARE THE PAINTINGS?
Unless otherwise specified in an individual product listing, the paintings measure fractionally larger than A4, at 22.1cm wide x 30.6cm tall.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKING?
Postage and packing for paintings is £2 regardless of how many you buy, if they are bought at the same time and are being mailed to the same address.
Postage and packing for face masks is £1, regardless of how many you buy, if they are bought at the same time and are being mailed to the same address.
Your items come in clear cellophane envelopes and are posted in a board-back envelope.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once payment has been received, I will mail your painting order within one week, and face mask order within three days, via 1st Class Royal Mail.
WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER?
Please email me and let me know! I will do all I can to resolve your concern.
